With a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Arts and a master's degree in Applied Developmental Psychology, Joye brings a unique blend of creativity and psychological expertise to her work. As a influencer, entrepreneur, and spoken word artist, she utilizes her platforms to inspire individuals to discover their inner strengths, empower their minds, set goals and execute on them at a high level, ignite their talents, and embrace positive change in their lives.

For over 20 years, Joye Janine has worked with children, families, and adults, specializing in goal setting/productivity, leadership/personal development, emotion regulation/behavior modification, and entrepreneurial development. Her programs have positively impacted thousands of people worldwide, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.  She has worked some of the leading experts in youth development and student success including, Eric Thomas, Ph.D, as a Kidpreneur Instructor Program Coach for the Extreme Execution/Extreme Summer School Program. Joye also served as a Coach on Dr. Eric Thomas’s You Aint The Boss of Me Kid’s Call providing youth empowerment and social development.
